Today, we finished our program at UNE and made final presentations. I was very nervous, but I'm glad I could talk well. At the end of the ceremony, we sang a song ‘I'll Never Find Another You’ by an Australian Band, the Seekers. We practiced the song many many times, and we were all very happy that the song went very well. Thank you for giving us good memories for our stay in Armidale. (HK

Today we went to a school to play Karuta. But we did not. Instead, the principal teacher gave us a tour of the school. Her talk was very interesting because I agree that hands-on experience is important in education. There are other things you need to know outside the classroom. Also I thought it very interesting to learn in a school environment surrounded by nature. I think that this school enables children to grow very humanly. Personally, I also had a somewhat similar education when I went to a private kindergarten. I had a very nice experience today. (KS)
Today we did a body balance exercise. It was difficult because we needed to stretch our legs. In the afternoon, we tried bush dancing. It was a simple dance, and it was nice that we could all have fun together. It will be sad to leave Armidale in 2 more days. (TK)
We went to Armidale High School and played a Japanese card game (Karuta) with students learning Japanese. After playing Karuta, they introduced themselves in Japanese to us. We spent a happy time. (YN)
In the morning, we studied about asking questions in English. I though it was very simple, but important. In the afternoon, we went to town in Armidale and did an activity called Scavenger Hunt. We had to ask people in Armidale some questions. It was difficult, but I felt a sense of accomplishment! (MF)
Today was the last day of camping. We practiced singing a song for the final presentation and played cricket. Before leaving the lodge where we stayed for three days, we cleaned the place beautifully as a token of our gratitude. We got back to Armidale three hours after we left Gloucester.
This camp for three days was the best experience! Our relationship got deeper this weekend. I want to cooperate with everyone for one more week! (TH) First Day of Adventure Weekend I visited Billabong Zoo in the morning. We could touch a koala there. Fortunately, we could watch koalas when they were sleeping. In the night, we cooked BBQ and ate hamburgers. We had an unforgettable time and a lot of memories. (NH)
Rock Climbing at the SportUNE On this day I did bouldering for the first time and played table tennis at SportUNE. It was a nice experience because, bouldering is still not so popular in Japan. (TO)
Today we played Frisbee with UNE Australian friends and Japanese students. In Japan, we play Frisbee only by throwing and catching, but this time we played a game, so It was very interesting and fun!!!
In the afternoon, we made Koala cookies. They are cookies and marshmallows, gummies and chocolate. They were yummy and so cute!!! (YI) Today, we took two English classes and we played ten pin bowling. We learned about Australia in English class. I thought that the capital of Australia was Sydney, but Canberra is the capital!! I have never gone bowling before, so I could not do bowling well. But I was very excited to play the game with my friends. (HN)
